Not only is Eminem one of the biggest hip hop stars of all time, he’s also done what he can to help out and positively influence the youth. His work with The Verses project has been as that of a mentor, partnering The Marshall Mathers Foundation and Carhartt.

According to Vaughn Watson, Assistant Professor and Dept of Teacher Education at Michigan University, “the Verses project is a songwriting project that looks at the interplay of literacy and music in the literate lives of students.”

The Detroit rapper has now launched a new line of “Detroit Vs. Everybody” merch in honor of the Verses project, although with a twist. The designs continue to have the “Vs. Everybody” emblem, although instead of having the word “Detroit” he has “Shady.” “We linked back up with @detroitvseverybodyllc / @tommeywalker on a Limited Edition capsule for the Marshall Mathers Foundation in support of the Verses Project,” Eminem captioned his Instagram post.

Check out the new merch below, although you can buy it here.
