Avengers: End Game is only $45 million dollars away from breaking Avatar’s all-time box office record and it appears Disney will be making one last push to take it over the top. According to reports by Screen Rant and Comicbook.com, Endgame will once again get a theatrical re-release with extra footage that wasn’t included when it was initially released.

“Not an extended cut, but there will be a version going into theaters with a bit of a marketing push with a few new things at the end of the movie,” President of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige told Screen Rant. “If you stay and watch the movie, after the credits, there’ll be a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises.”

The extended cut will reportedly drop in theaters on June 28th. The new re-release would be a smart idea, considering many fans were already looking forward to the DVD release with uncut scenes.
