Both the Lakers and Clippers have undoubtedly gotten better, compared to last year. With the addition of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, the Clippers have been able to cement themselves as potential contenders for the NBA championship. However, there’s till some people who see the Clippers as the “little brother” in Los Angeles, one of these people being Snoop Dogg.

In a recent interview with The Herd with Colin Cowherd, Snoop spoke on the upcoming season and how we it’ll always be about the Lakers. When he was asked about the possibilities of the Clippers taking over LA, he said, “Never. Even if they win two championships in a row they will never run LA.”

“First of all, they’re playing in our house. They need to go get their own backyard first. You gotta come to work and look at those banners everyday and you don’t have none. Get ya own living room,” he said.

The two teams will face off on October 22nd, the opening night of the NBA season.
