According to The Blast, Mary J. Blige and her ex, Martin Isaacs rented a Beverly Hills home three years ago that required a $51,000 deposit and $25,000 monthly rent.

It’s reported that the couple extended their lease and the rent increased to $27,000 per month. The Blast states that the couple failed to pay rent August through November and were handed a notice to pay up or vacate in three days. There was then a deal for the Mary and Martin to pay up the $27,000, but then the rental company would keep the deposit.

The $27,000 was reportedly never paid and the property was left with around $16,000 worth of damages. It’s said that the house was left with holes in the wall, broken garage doors, water heaters, freezer and more. The company also says that $31,000 of audio entertainment was taken from the house.
