At this point, it’s safe to say Mariah Carey is the Queen of Christmas. After the release of her 1994 classic, “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” Mariah’s been a staple every year during the holidays.

Now, as her track finally reaches No.1 on Billboard, Carey touches on how her expectations weren’t so high for the song. She says, “I definitely didn’t expect it to hit number one, two weeks before Christmas.”

The song is Carey’s number one hit 2008. With this, she sends a very special thank you to all her fans who’ve been supporting her for years. “I just want to thank everybody,” I want the world to have the best holiday ever.” Check out the full interview with Billboard here.
