Irv Gotti Says He Slept With Ashanti But Says She Is Not A Homewrecker

Murda Inc. is one of the most important hip hop labels of all time. With multiple classic, platinum records, Ja Rule and Ashanti topped the charts in the early 2000s. However, some things did get messy in the label.

On a recent episode of Growing Up Hip-Hop, Irv Gotti revealed that he and Ashanti had a sexual relationship after he separated from his wife.

Irv also sat down with Wendy Williams to clear the air regarding his past relationship with Ashanti. “With me and Deb separated, she caught me cheating,” he said before Wendy asked if he was caught cheating with Ashanti. “No, Ashanti is not a homewrecker, guys. Ashanti had nothing to do with me and Deb.”
