Former Bad Boy singer Mario Winans is facing a lawsuit over some unpaid rent.

Winans and his wife Joy Ant are being sued by Premier Developers LLC for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and breach of the covenant of good faith and allegedly failing to pay the $47,500 in rent they owed for their New Jersey mansion.

The couple reportedly agreed to pay $8,500 a month in 2009, they would then agree to a rent increase to monthly payments of $9,200 in 2010 and $11,000 in 2013.

With the rent increase, they began to fall behind on payments. This ultimately led them to be evicted in 2015.

However, this is not Winans’ only trouble.

Earlier this year he was told to pay up $435,000 in a tax fraud case after pleading guilty. With this, he was also sentenced to five years probation, 500 hours of community service, and mental health treatment.

Last September he was arrested for failing to pay over $178,000 in child support, but was ultimately released on $10,000 bail.

Hopefully Winans gets this settled out soon.
