Lauryn Hill finally gets a W in her ongoing legal battles. According to Bossip, Hill was awarded $65,000 in a case against her cousin, Gerald Hill.

The singer reportedly loaned her family member the money and he assured her he’d pay her back, in this, she gave him three months to pay her back without interest.

Lauryn decided to sue him in June, and due to lack of payment, a judge found Gerald guilty by default. In addition to the $65,000, he has to pay interests and monetary damages.

Gerald has not responded to her claims.
