Last week T.I. started his campaign to take on 50 Cent in a Verzuz Battle and while there’s no official word on if that battle will even happen, there’s definitely been major talk about the two rappers going head-to-head and who will come out with the W!

In a recent interview former Bad Boy rapper Ma$e chimed in on the situation. Hitting up Mreck TV, Mase spoke on the potential Verzuz Battle saying that the victory would be handed to 50 and suggested that T.I. would have to compete against Rick Ross for the title of King Of The South, instead of facing someone like Fif, who is from New York.
I’d have to go with 50. I’m from New York. I think T.I. got a lot of great records. I would wanna see T.I. versus Ross, though. I think Ross would be more with [what] the South need because he wanna claim that King Of The South. He gotta beat Ross.
Y’all think that Tip and 50 Cent should be the next battle or does Mase have a point?
