This past offseason, Paul George shocked the NBA by leaving the Oklahoma Thunder and moving to Los Angeles with the Clippers. Although he’s been dealing with a lingering injury these past couple of months, PG is officially set to make his debut.

According to Yahoo Sports’ Chris Haynes, George is set to make his debut this Thursday night against the New Orleans Pelicans. It has not yet been confirmed whether or not Kawhi Leonard will be playing or sitting out due to load management. Considering the Clippers face the Houston Rockets on Wednesday, Kawhi could possibly play that one and sit out against New Orleans. If not, the two superstars may not play together until Saturday night’s home game against the Atlanta Hawks.

George suffered a partially torn tendon in his right shoulder this past off-season, which has sidelined him. Just this past season, George averaged 28 points per game, 8.2 rebounds, 4.1 assists and a league-best 2.2 steals per game.
