Many people have looked for ways to celebrate the life and legacy of Nipsey Hussle. Either with murals, paintings, concert celebrations or tattoos, everyone has their own way of remembering the late, great Nip.
For instance, tattoo artist Steve Butcher is known for his detailed work and the latest person to schedule a sitting was former NBA player, Matt Barnes. Butcher is the artist responsible for Lonzo Ball’s recent sleeve tattoo and has since created a black and white portrait of Nipsey on the back of Barnes’s hand.
Barnes shared the image of the new ink on his Instagram with the caption including #TMC, Hussle’s iconic phrase of ‘The Marathon Continues’. Barnes is one of many to get Nipsey-inspired tattoos, which include Hussle’s long-time partner, Lauren London, Rick Ross, Roddy Ricch, Russ and The Game.
