According to Bossip, a judge has found that Lil Wayne refused to pay his former personal chef of nearly $35,000. D’Antoine Hill previously sued Wayne over breach of contract earlier this year on claims that the rapper and his team refused to pay the remaining amount from a $416,544 total balance for the services.

Reports state that Wayne allegedly only paid $381,954 and refused to pay the rest of the money. Now, since Wayne did not respond to the lawsuit, a Miami Civil Court judge has stated that the rapper will be forced to pay up.

Hills said he became Lil Wayne’s private chef in 2014. The chef said he would constantly look to contact the rapper, but Wayne was “inconsistent and sporadic” with his payments.

Wayne is also currently preparing for his follow-up album to The Carter V. His new album, Funeral, is set to come out at some point in the near future, with Lil Baby being a confirmed feature.
