Usher is being accused of refusing to turn over his medical records to the man who accused the singer of allegedly giving him herpes.

Quantasia Sharpton, Jane Doe and John Doe sued Usher after they all claimed they had sexual relations with him. They say Usher did not tell them he has the disease and are seeking unspecified damages.

John Doe claimed that he had sex with Usher at a spa in Los Angeles’ Koreatown.

The singer has previously accused Doe of harassing him with demands on the case.

The judge has yet to make a ruling on the situation.
