Last year, Dave Chappelle sued a man for throwing a banana peel at him during one of his shows. The incident occurred in Santa Fe, New Mexico where Christian Englander committed the act, while denying that there was any racial actions for the act. Chappelle then hit Englander with a battery and disturbing the peace charge, while the accused attempted to sue Dave’s bodyguard for allegedly hitting him twice while restraining him.
According to The Blast, a New Mexico judge has ordered the case to be fully dismissed. The decision was made after the court failed to locate Chappelle to serve him the documents.
