Producer Matt Martians revealed back in 2017 that there was a collaboration between himself, Goldlink, Steve Lacy, and Andre 3000. We did not get to hear the famed track due to behind-the-scenes politics, however, now the song has leaked. “Love 3rd” showcases Goldlink and Andre at their best over a jazz-inspired instrumental.
Goldlink and Andre have solid chemistry on the record, as they both sound comfortable over the track with their double-time flow. Hopefully this means we might get new music from Andre soon, as he’s mainly outside the public eye.
