Master P Signs Deal With Lionsgate To Produce His Own Biopic

Master P’s importance in hip hop should never be understated. Considering he’s a moguls in the industry, having established No Limit Records, and having dabbled into other fields such as sports and film, he’s an important figure. In a recent Instagram post, Master P took to Instagram to reveal that he signed a deal with Lionsgate to produce his biopic.

Master P announced that he signed one of the biggest deals with Lionsgate” to produce his upcoming biopic, King Of The South. With this, the writer for Menace II Society, Tyger Williams, is set to write the script.

The biopic will highlight his childhood and how he became a mogul in the music industry. In a recent interview with XXL, he said, “To be the first time to have a story come from the South and to have an effect on hip-hop, we changed the game and showed you how to make money from the product.”
