Nas Takes Aim At Rapper Doja Cat’s “Blackness” On New Hit-Boy Produced “Ultra Black”

Nas isn’t concerned with anybody’s feelings nowadays. He’s had his fair share of beefs in hip-hop, i.e. “Ether”, and he’s also seen backlash for years over apparent unfavorable production selections, so this time around he has nothing to lose.

He’s definitely putting to bed all the production hate he gets with his current patterning with L.A. native Hit-Boy who has been tapped to executive produce modern beats for the New York rapper’s forthcoming album ‘King’s Disease’. Just as the controversial rapper has done in the past, it looks as though female emcee Doja Cat has been caught in the cross fire as Nas takes aim at her on the Hit-Boy-rendered track “Ultra Black”.

Nasty Nas unapologetically boasts of his black excellence while he seemingly dissed Doja Cat. Doja has recently faced scrutiny these past few months as she’s been accused of not fully embracing her Black heritage and has been caught up in alleged white supremacy online group chats. On the track Nas spits, “Sometimes I’m over-black, even my clothes are black/Cash Money with the white tee and solider rag/We goin’ ultra black, unapologetically black/The opposite of Doja Cat, Michael Blackson black”.

Of course, the internet wasted no time dropping memes about the rap legend’s diss!
