DMX is officially on his comeback tip and he’s recruited long-time collaborator Swizz Beatz and Rick Ross for his long awaited return.
“Just In Case” slaps with Swizz’s signature keys and snare hits and the trio teased the collab some time back while in a studio session. The new track is featured in the Godfather Of Harlem Epix original series, which stars Forest Whittaker, who also is borrowed for the song’s artwork.
DMX delivers a viscous verse before the song’s end where the New York rapper spits straight flames rapping:
I’m a hood n***a I know why they love me I’m on some underground sh*t Just like the subway Battle n***as in the street And murder whoever you put on this f***in’ stage I’m the f***in’ plague I’m global warmin’ I’m the ebola virus My n***as is pirates Prepare for violence Silence!
