Doctor Who Sued Lil Kim For Insurance Fraud Abruptly Drops Case

Lil Kim has one less problem to deal with, as the doctor that was suing her abruptly dropped the insurance fraud case. Dr. Gregory Lovallo claimed to have provided Kim with urology-related health care, but that she hasn’t paid the $15K bill. Dr. Lovallo then assumed that he was scammed from the money, without providing much detail. Now, without much detail, Lovallo has dropped the case in full.

According to Bossip, Dr. Lovallo has requested the case to be dismissed without prejudice, meaning he won’t be able to sue again. According to the site, Lil Kim didn’t even respond to the message, considering how fast it came and went.

Things are looking up for Kim, as she recently requested the judge to drop her bankruptcy case. According to her, she is now in a stable financial condition and has managed to secure the home she was about to lose. “Accordingly, I no longer desire or need the relief provided by Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code and hereby request that my case be dismissed,” she said.
