Ja Rule continues to be in the public eye as of late, mainly due to his involvement with the infamous Fyre Festival. The Fyre Festival will most likely go down as one of the worst (if not the worst) festival of all time. The festival has gotten so popular it spawned two documentaries on it, on Netflix and Hulu respectively. Most of the blame has fallen on both Billy McFarland and Ja Rule for their contributions to the festival and the last of organization when it came to preparing the event.

There have been multiple lawsuits going around lately for the pair, but it appears another one is in the works. This time EHL Funding is looking to sue both McFarland and Ja for $2.8 million dollars. With these many lawsuits surrounding the festival, it will be interesting to see where the pair gets the money to pay off this huge sum of money.

The judge has brought up 30 percent interest on them and still have to cover EHL’s lawyer fees. Billy McFarland is currently serving a six-year sentence, and Ja Rule is looking to find other business ventures to help clean his name. Hopefully this all gets resolved as soon as possible.
