T.I.’s former Scales 925 restaurant employees in Georgia have filed a lawsuit against the rapper and his business partner for fraud. Note that the restaurant filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy earlier this year.

As reported on The Blast, Tip and his business partner have been hit with a lawsuit over unpaid wages and overtime. The employees previously sued the rapper and partners for using the restaurant money for their own personal gain. They also claimed that T.I. and co. paid themselves more incredibly high salaries for a business that was failing.

The employees now claimed to have discovered new information that alleges both T.I. and partners made bank transfers totaling $663K from the restaurant to themselves. So now the workers want them to pay up the money owed.

This issue has been a a problem for T.I. for a couple of years now, so hopefully it all get resolved soon.
