Roc Nation Rapper, Freeway Needs Immediate Kidney Transplant

Former Roc-A-Fella Records and current Roc Nation signee, Freeway, was diagnosed with kidney failure almost three years ago. He updated his fans on his condition via Instagram from Baltimore’s John Hopkins Hospital.

They say a person needs just three things to be truly happy in this world: someone to love, something to do, and something to hope for. Feeling Hopeful! At #jhonhopkins talking New Kidney shoot a prayer up for ya boy!!!!

He made sure to also post a picture with one of the doctors helping him get his transplant.
