Condolences are in order for Suge Knight’s mother Maxine Chatman, as she dealt with severe health issues after suffering from a stroke a month previous. Knight is already dealing with legal issues and his own health fading, so losing his mom couldn’t come at the worse time. According to TMZ isn’t getting a “get out of jail free card” anytime soon.

The Death Row CEO requested the court to allow him a pardon from prison. However, because Knight is a homicide suspect officials say he is ineligible of any type of release for personal events, even funerals. Knight does have the option to file a petition to be able to travel to his mother’s funeral. At the same time chances for an approval are small.

Ms. Chatman was from Paramount Ca, and she died at 77.
