According to Bossip, Fabolous is doing everything possible to get his case dismissed in New Jersey courts. He is allegedly on the cusp of accepting a plea deal that would see his case absolved.

The criminal complaint that was issued by Emily B’s prosecution team alleges that her two front teeth had to be surgically removed due to the attack. Fab also has to answer to the domestic charges in a viral video that show him making terrorist threats toward Emily’s family.
